ROXDOLL Cosmetics offers products of integrity. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we would be happy to accept them within 30 days from the time of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items purchased from ROXDOLLCosmetics.com must be returned to ROXDOLLCosmetics.com. Similarly, ROXDOLL Cosmetics can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on ROXDOLLCosmetics.com. Products purchased from our salon should be returned to the salon of purchase. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
We do not cover shipping costs for returned items.
Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value. Please note legibly on the sales receipt which product is to be issued once the return parcel is received.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
Once your order arrives, please examine all items for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. We are happy to replace any damaged or defective items within 14 business days of receipt.
If a product has been broken or damaged in transit:
Please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box, or products.
Please attach a picture of the box and/or batch code of any damaged/defective items.
